- Medical Representative and Area Managers.Maximizing employee productivity and protecting the company from any issues that may arise within the workforce.
- HR responsibilities include compensation and benefits, recruitment, firing, and keeping up to date with any laws that may affect the company and its employees.
- HR (Human Resources) Executive will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve SOPs, Batch Records, test methods, test results, labeling materials, specifications, analytical validation protocols and reports, stability protocols and reports.
- Review and approve records, including associated change controls, investigations (deviations, out-of-specification/out-of-trend), and analytical data.
- Understand and able to interpret regulatory authority regulations, guidelines and policies.
